Through Milo's Neighbor in Need, we provide one local family each quarter with plumbing service up to $500 — because everyone deserves a safe, working home.

Toilet repair or replacement
Drain clearing (kitchen, bath, or main line)
Faucet and fixture repairs
Minor leak repairs
Garbage disposal repair or replacement

Up to $500 in labor and standard parts.

Not Included

Full repipes or major sewer line work
New water heater installations (often exceed the cap)
Jobs requiring permits beyond the program limit

Who can apply?

Homeowners or renters with landlord permission in our service area — Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma. We especially welcome applications from seniors, veterans, single parents, and families facing temporary hardship.

When is the winner chosen?

Applications are reviewed each quarter. We contact the selected family within two weeks of the application deadline and announce the winner on social media with their permission.

Can someone apply for me?

Yes. You can apply for yourself or nominate a neighbor, friend, or family member who needs help.

Can I apply again if I'm not selected?

Absolutely. Families not selected in one round are welcome to apply again in a future quarter.

Sponsor a Family in Need

Throughout our community, there are neighbors who need plumbing repairs but cannot afford them right now. If you would like to help, simply fill out the sponsor form — we'll organize your donation so it goes directly toward plumbing service for a family in need.

Choose any sponsorship amount that works for you.
We'll reach out to coordinate your contribution and match it to someone on our waiting list.
You decide whether to give anonymously or let the family know who sponsored their repair.
With your permission, we will add your name or business to our Wall of Support.

How does sponsoring work?

Fill out the sponsor form with your preferred amount. We'll contact you to coordinate payment and ensure your donation helps a local family get the plumbing they need — anonymously or with your name shared, whichever you prefer.

Can my business sponsor?

Yes. Local businesses are welcome to sponsor at any level. With your permission, we will feature your business on our Wall of Support and on social media.

Can I give anonymously?

Absolutely. When we reach out, let us know if you prefer to remain anonymous. Your gift will still go directly toward plumbing service for a neighbor in need.
