Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Professional Plumbing Services of NWA ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of nwaplumbingpros.com and any related pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Service Information and Scheduling
Information on the Site about our services, availability, and service area is provided for general purposes and may change without notice. Submitting a form, sending a message, or booking online is a request for service and does not by itself create a contract. Details such as scope of work, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed directly with you before work begins.
If you have a plumbing emergency, such as an active leak, flooding, or a suspected gas leak, call us at(479) 397-0219 rather than relying on a website form. If you smell gas, leave the area and contact your gas utility or emergency services first.
Community Programs
Applications for Milo's Neighbor in Need and sponsorship requests submitted through the Site are not a promise of service, funding, or selection. Program eligibility, selection, and the scope of any assistance are at our sole discretion and subject to the program details described on the Site.
Online Booking and Third-Party Services
Online booking is provided through Housecall Pro, a third-party service. Your use of third-party services, including booking tools, Google reviews, and social media pages linked from the Site, is governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.
Submissions
Any questions, comments, feedback, or other information you send through the Site ("Submissions") must be accurate and must not violate the rights of others. We may use feedback you send us to improve our services without obligation to you. We handle personal information in Submissions as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
